Our engineers are the lifeblood of our company. Whether our engineers have 2 years or 20 years of federal experience, SNR committed to investing in their continuing education. By hiring, investing-in and retaining our personnel, we’ve created a culture characterized by dedication to our customers and a passion for bringing the best, world-class solutions to bear on real world technology problems.
We require that each of our engineers spend time in our Technology Innovation Lab so that they stay abreast of the newest technologies and are able to bridge legacy environments to new, modern and forward looking solutions. We maintain a keen awareness of federal mandates, standards, policies and procedures. We invest in classroom training and certifications, including training on DoD-approved equipment, for each of our engineers. To make sure we maintain continuity and customer focus, SNR has established a mentorship practice where our veteran engineers spend time with and share their experience with our newer engineers. This allows us to offer our customers a range of experienced engineers, all of whom are committed, passionate and knowledgeable about legacy and current technologies, and can leverage that expertise to solve federal specific problems.
