Our mission is to facilitate the Department of Defense's vision of transformational communications.  We will realize our vision by using the combination of technology and skilled personnel to provide a robust and ubiquitous bandwidth-available environment with a view towards eliminating current bandwidth limitations allowing full access to information assets to those with the greatest need.
